AM PM Staffing Services is seeking a Box Office Attendant to join our dynamic team at our client’s state-of-the-art performing arts theater in St. Charles Parish.
Job Overview:
A theater box office attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting patrons, selling tickets, answering inquiries about performances, processing ticket orders, and ensuring a smooth experience at the theater box office, all while maintaining knowledge of show details and seating arrangements;
Job Responsibilities:
Assist patrons with purchasing tickets, processing exchanges, and handling will-call orders, ensuring accuracy and providing excellent customer service
Ensure that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly, restock supplies, & report inventory shortages
Answer patron inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about the event, venue, and available services
Other duties as assigned by Manager or Coordinator
Required skills:
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Computer proficiency with ticketing software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
